Appointment Policy
Cancellation/"No-Show" Fee
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.
A "no-show" is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a "no-show".
Because we turn away clients when appointments are filled, a $50 fee is assessed to clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit), Trupanion Express payments, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
NOTE: Credit card holder or authorized user must be present with Driver's License or another form of ID.

Prescription Refills
For medications, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours to process the request.
We need to process your request, get approval from a doctor, and have a technician fill the medication.
Please call for medications running out imminently, otherwise you can text us, email us, message us through the PetPro app, or use our "Contact Us" link on our website to place your medication requests.
You can also make requests for medications through one of our Online Pharmacies (Covetrus and VetSource) and it can also be processed that way if you would like the medication shipped directly to you.
